18ct Gold Miniature Heart & Diamond Pendant Necklace

This exquisite miniature heart pendant is expertly crafted in 18ct gold and adorned with three brilliant-cut diamonds, adding a touch of sparkle. Paired with its original fine curb link chain, this necklace is an elegant yet subtle piece perfect for everyday wear. 

The pendant measures 5.6mm high by 6.2mm wide (10.4mm including the bale) and 2.2mm deep.

Featuring three diamonds of approximately 2mm each, with a total diamond weight of around 0.10 carats, it hangs from a 20.5-inch chain with a 0.9mm link width and a spring ring clasp.

Marked with Birmingham Assay Office hallmarks, it remains in excellent vintage condition and is presented in a luxurious pink or cream velvet jewellery box.
